Hygiene
Our cakes are produced in a home kitchen environment. We are registered with the local council and government website under cherryloucakes, for food preparation and catering. I also have a level two food hygiene certificate.
Allergens (important information)
We will accommodate as much as possible so please ring us, our gluten-free cakes are fantastic and in fact, we advise that you don’t tell anybody they are gluten-free (your guests really won’t tell the difference)
However, due to possible cross-contamination (due to the use of the kitchen by children and other family members), it is not possible to guarantee the safety of our food for those who may have extreme allergic reactions. Every care is taken to ensure correct labeling of ingredients but if you know or are aware of anybody with life-threatening reactions, then we would prefer that you use another baker with a more secure kitchen environment.
