We do only use the best ingredients, the main function of a cake is that it should taste great, have full rounded flavors both bold and subtle depending on the project. It should have a great texture, melt in the mouth, cut well. This is only achieved if you use the right building blocks, the right flours, the right flavorings, the finest of ingredients, the freshest of fruits.

Looks are important but if it does not taste great, have the right balance of filling, structure, and toppings then it’s not a cake. We have a huge variety of flavors to complement your theme. Cake is there to be eaten, consumed with every sense of our being… I’m too hungry now to continue writing… I’m off for some lunch…sorry!
